What is a seat?
A seat is one named person with a login to your Slypway dashboard. Shared logins are not supported.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from Settings at any time. A switch takes effect at your next billing date, so no partial-period charge lands mid-cycle.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes. Add a seat and it is available right away. Removing a seat takes effect at renewal, to keep billing simple and predictable.
What happens if I need changes to a program after the Slypway build?
The program is yours on the canvas from handover onward: edit rating, rules, or documents yourself at any time, at no extra cost. A new Slypway underwriter build applies only for a rebuild of that size; ask Slypway support for anything smaller.
Who bills me?
InsureCert Systems Inc. handles billing for Slypway. Charges on your card or invoice will show InsureCert Systems Inc.
Do these prices include tax?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, added where required.
